Aquisition Announcement

We are pleased to announce the acquisition of the assets of LAB4LESS, LLC by LABEX OF MA, Inc. As a result of this acquisition, LABEX OF MA has greatly enhanced its position as the industry leader in providing quality reconditioned vivarium equipment to the animal research industry. The acquisition expands our product inventory as well as resources and sales support, all of which will be beneficial to our clients.

It is LABEX OF MA's intent to use this opportunity to expand and enhance the company's existing operations, services and quality products. Our primary goal is to better serve our clients and partners on both the national and local level. We will be working hard to integrate the assets of the two companies to meet (and hopefully exceed) your expectations. We will strive to maintain the company's mission to provide you with cost effective and time saving solutions to your vivarium and laboratory equipment needs.
